Andrea Latritsch-Karlbauer has been working as a freelance actress, director, cultural manager, trainer and author since 1987. From 1887-2003 she founded and directed the Theater Nanu, an internationally successful theatre for children and teenagers, whose peculiarity was the nonverbal expression. Her performances and tours took her all over Europe, where she became very successful and well-known. At the same time, Andrea Latritsch-Karlbauer led countless workshops for young people in the field of addiction prevention to strenghten their self-esteem and thereby gained a lot of experience.
Since 1990, the author has offered her seminars in economy, education, art and science and occurs as a lecturer. At the same time, with her method, which she calls „AnLaKa“ (analysis, laughter, caricature), she trains executives, scientists, teachers, etc. for the authentic and humorous lecture.
